It's a alarmingly atmosphere. It's normalized, with fade in, fade out, paulstretch effect.

A pick-up for a weapon of some sort.

I put work by hermanschmidt and victorcenusa to chat with each other in this ambient piece having the odd chord accent.

This is from a recording session trying to create laser weapon sounds. I just used the same technique as ben burtt used in wall-e (with the slinky and the contact mic). This is unprocessed, no eqs, compression, reverb or anything was added. I used a long piece of curled up aluminum wire which i hung from a tall structure at my house and the main object i used to oscillate the wire was a drum stick. For the recording i used the blue icicle and recorded into reaper. The contact mic is my own creation from a diy i found online (roughly €5 to make). When i tried to run my es1370 drivers on qemu, it has generated several kinds of glitch sounds. This is the most interesting and formidable sample in my collection.

An experiment in mashing up some voices/machinery into a musical (ish) soundscape.

Sci fi button beep press. Created using reason. I set up a synthesizer 8-bit kind of sound and created a short note.

A degraded alert signal transmission from a long lost civilization in the depths of space, or are they?.

Clicking a ballpoint pen on a cheap mic. I variated my grip some and the distance from the mic.

Generic sci-fi drone. Created on a keyboard. Could be the sound of an alien vaporizing someone with some kind of ray/mind device. Or the sound of strange chemicals combining. Possibly a sudden super-dramatic character movement/drug freakout.

Science fiction-y droning with beeps and boops. Created on a synth.

These sci-fi synth sweeps were created by manipulating white noise with filter sweeps and other effects and then using noise reduction to remove the underlying white noise. You would need to pick through them and cut them up, but they can be useful for sound designing light graphic elements that move around and animate on and off.

The spaceship portholes flashed of different coloured lights and let filter an increasing noise of tortured machines. Then it came a sudden explosion, so strong to lacerate the brain: an empty of white and yellow fire. Tones made with nch tone generator.

Long fade-in effect, ambient future style.

I made this with by swinging a toy lightsaber.

Recorded a door closing at my school and then modified it in audacity to create a sort of sproing-ing sound. Use: when you need a boomerang sound that isn't really a boomerang but that's ok because it sounds like one.

Chaotic resonances that soon falls into more and more chaotic behavior. Quite a smooth chaotic noise sound. Made from 2 sine oscillator frequency modulating each other and some variable controls. Programmed in chuck programming language.

Glitch carnage! lots of samples you could dig up out of here. I was to lazy to cut it up into pieces, so you can pick and choose which noises you want out of it.

This is a weird 3 second tune. I don't know how i made it, i just found it in one of my samples folders. Its kinda got that "too happy" sound to it.

I probably won't be uploading many more of these glitch samples, unless someone wants me to. And since nobody seems to want them, i'll just upload other stuff.

This sound was made with audacity by editing together a generated beep, with a sound made by repeating a knock on a piece of cardboard. Hope you like it! :).
